- Avoid placing the floral arrangement near bowls of fruit (ethylene gas wilts flowers) Change the water every two days-TWO WAYS
- #1 Hold the flowers right at the vase opening to keep them in the vase, tip out the water and refill
- #2 Remove the flowers trying to keep them together with one hand, trim the stems with the other hand, wash the vase, and refill. This is a little more complicated so remember, the #1 option is fine!

NOTE: Blooms from bulbs that flower in cooler months (daffodils, tulips, etc.) like cooler water.

REMINDER: Flowers do not last equally. When one wilts, remove it so the rest stay fresh longer.
